The chain starts out with

right outside of Karazahn once you reach honored reputation.
You can do most of the chain in a cleared instance by yourself. Its just running around talking to people or picking things up off the ground.
But eventually you come to
www.wowhead.com/?quest=9637
which requires a run in heroic Shattered Halls and Sethekk Halls (you dont have to do full runs)
Leading you to the last part
