This last Kara run was a complete first for Killerbunny and I to run without the guidance of our beloved GM Papa Hukaah. We are both excited about how far we've gotten and nearly took down the prince- which is our next goal as assistant raid leaders. Please leave some tips and constructive criticism (those who listened and those who attended) for the two of us and we'll develop and adhere to our abilities and training techniques. Also, we would like to congratulate the people who won some epic drops- I think Blue got one or two pieces and killer bunny finally at long last got his gloves! We have come together and strived for these small successes for the guild and our friends. Comments/ constructive criticism/ and playful banter are welcome here!

I guess the only real advice that I have is to give all of the credit where it is due. Leadership is about sacrifice. I did not go because I let Jeremy (Reivax) have my spot. He and Leslie organized the whole thing, and then even Leslie sat out so Brian could go. Congratulations are in order for everyone who came away with new gear. By Brian getting the gloves, he now gets the 2/5 set bonus. If I'm not mistaken, Supastabba got a little something too, and it was his first time coming with us. I was listening to you and Killerbunny talk out all the fights, and from what I heard, you two had the strategies down pretty well. The more experience you have with it, the more familiar it becomes, and hence the easier it becomes. I'm confident that we'll be farming the place out in no time. The other aspect of raid leading you will need to get familiar with is class synergy, or learning how classes that you bring to raids benefit from one another. Why do I put myself in the tank group if there are no other warlocks coming? Why did I put Blackgenesis (Moonkin druid) in the same group as Bubblesocks (holy paladin)? Why do I put Killerbunny (Marksman hunter) in with the rogues? There are reasons behind all of them. If you're serious about leading raids, I have a homework assignment for you: first, answer those three questions in that paragraph, then go to a WoW class website (I recommend Thottbot), and take a little bit to read about all the skills and talents that each class has, and reflect on how a class's skills and talents might help out another class.

No, those were all correct. But the question was for Andrea and Brian, in case they didn't know. I was trying to teach them something.
